Metodologías para el desarollo de grupos de investigación multidisciplinares

Resumo


En el siguiente trabajo tres metodologías para el desarrollo de grupos multidisciplinares son abordadas. Cada metodología presente claras ventajas y desventajas, pero todas en su conjunto buscan explorar el gran reto de cómo construir y mantener un grupo multidisciplinar. Estas metodologías se basan en el liderazgo, la promoción de la interacción interdisciplinar o el conocimiento como motor de impulso e integración. Al mismo tiempo cada una establece las prioridades que hay que resolver para proyectar una metodología que permita a académicos jóvenes y experimentados constituir mejores redes y grupos multidisciplinares.
